Like an ultrarunner who goes out at a 5k pace, registration went pretty fast.

Congratulations to all who grabbed a spot for our 16th year of picking your poison. We sure would love to have everyone be able to join us but there is a delicate balance with human and nature that we strive to keep at our event.
Didn't get in? Don't give up hope yet! Santa knows you've been a good trail runner and has some more ways you might still be able to run with us this spring.

#1 Wait-lists. Opening up at noon today, get yourself on a wait-list. This free list is small, but allows us to move some people into registered spots if we get deferrals. It's a stretch but keep your training up in case you get moved off the list in the spring. For historical context, a very high number of people from our wait-lists have gotten to run with us.
#2 Sponsor draws. Our amaze sponsors have all contributed a free race entry and we'll be doing a draw each month for the next three months starting with Hammer Nutrition Canada in Dec, Evans Tree Work in Jan and Sue's Soap Creations in Feb. We'll release details soon but these will be random draws for FREE entries!
#3 Volunteering at 🅿️☠️🅿️. All of our volunteers get guaranteed registration for the subsequent year so volunteer with us in 2026 to beat the rush in 2027. More details on that later or reach out to us and we can get you on our volunteer list.
Whether you got in or not, stick with us this winter as we keep each other accountable to staying active no matter the weather. This is our time to shine winter runners! 🅿️❄️🅿️
